Crater balls are special floorball balls with dimples (not holes like regular floorballs). The main difference is the surface - the dimples reduce air resistance and make the flight more stable and accurate. This is why crater balls usually fly straighter, with less vibration and better control, especially during strong shots. Compared to classic floorballs: - they are faster and more accurate, - less "floating" in the air, - often used in training or at higher levels of play.
